Asterix at the Château de Saint-Maurice

From April 5 to November 16, the Château de Saint-Maurice is staging a major original exhibition on Asterix (the first of its kind in Switzerland!), René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo's mythical Gaul with a moustache.

Aimed at everyone aged 5 and over, the fun and educational two-storey exhibition allows you to savour the creative virtuosity of René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo, to discover the origins of their invention, to rediscover their most mythical tales, and to appreciate their extensions, such as reading, playing, drawing...

At the heart of the exhibition is a nod to "Asterix and the Helvetians", one of the famous character's most acclaimed adventures. This wink will be enlivened by archival documents, a look at the album through the eyes of personalities from French-speaking Switzerland, and a perspective on the Swiss clichés with which René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo had brilliant fun.
