Par Monts et Patois

Par Monts et Patois is back in 2026!

The Celtic walk, guided by Jean-Paul Rouiller, departs from the Saint-Maurice train station almost once a month at 9:00 am, and heads for the Vérossaz plateau, to discover the "Druids' Stone", the origins of Plan Bouron and the discoveries made here, following in the footsteps of the men who first gave these places back their ancient memory.

This year's dates are as follows:
- Saturday January 17
- Saturday March 14
- Saturday April 11th
- Saturday May 9
- Saturday June 13
- Saturday September 12
- Saturday, October 10

This walk is for anyone who doesn't mind walking in low and medium mountains. It takes in the castle, the Vérossaz plateau and Vérolliez before returning to the Saint-Maurice train station. A surprise tasting will be offered at the end of the walk. The length of the tour (no less than two hours) will depend on your pace, questions and discussions.
