T.R.U.C.

On May 5, from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., l'espace parallèle presents "T.R.U.C.", a collaborative creation for all ages (from 3), which questions our relationship with objects by crossing the languages of contemporary dance, music and visual arts.

Three beings with awakened, slightly strange senses, discover objects in a sensory way, without any preconceived idea or pre-established classification of their value. Before long, some of these mischievous objects come to life as if by magic. As Jean Tinguely-inspired totem sculptures are built in the shadows, the performers integrate the qualities of certain objects. Dances, encounters and little stories emerge: a quartet of dancer-teasers, cage-bird-women evoking René Magritte, the hybridization of different bodies and their metamorphoses à la Oscar Schlemmer, the pipe dance, the flower crown and the hairdryer, the caterpillar-accordion...

As if moved by an invisible force, the performers build a world in which all objects have their place and their say. A graphic, sonic and choreographic universe is gradually revealed, then transformed into an ephemeral work to be contemplated, a medium for exchange and discussion, encouraging intergenerational exchanges.
