Concert de la Sainte-Cécile
On Sunday November 23, the Ensemble vocal de Saint-Maurice, accompanied by the talented Capriccio Barockorchester, invites you to an exceptional musical experience.
Under the inspired direction of Charles Barbier, this concert will feature two essential masterpieces of the Baroque repertoire: Vivaldi's "Gloria" and Handel's "Dixit Dominus". These works, vibrant with energy and emotion, celebrate the virtuosity of Baroque choirs and instruments in all their splendor.
A concert rich in contrasts, between the luminous fervor of Vivaldi and the dramatic power of Handel, in a setting that sublimates the beauty of these scores.
The concert takes place at 3.30pm.
