This painting was made by Saint-Maurice's own artist, Jean-Pierre Coutaz. Voluntarily distorted, its real appearance can only be perceived by looking at the image from a particular angle, from a point indicated against the facade which is adjacent to the Ecu du Valais. It illustrates the choral activity of Fernand Dubois, former president of Saint-Maurice but especially musician, poet and composer.
