This optical illusion representing the Cime de l'Est was painted by the graphic designer, painter and illustrator Dominique Studer. Commissioned by Romuald Coutaz, owner of this building and owner of the pub on the first floor, it was painted on the wall in 3 days in 2012. Intended to conceal the condemnation of a window, it images the exact view that we could observe on the Cime de l'Est if we could stand at the height of the said window.
